Job Summary

Leading a team of Cyber Security Analysts, the full-time salaried Lead Cyber Security Analyst will oversee operational activities, manage risk assessments, and implement security tools in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operational activities, ensuring services meet performance targets
• Design and implement security tools and methodologies to mitigate risks to patient care and operations
• Lead team activities in security assessments and provide mentorship on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of information security experience, including risk management and compliance
• 1+ year of formal mentorship experience for technology professionals
• Demonstrated experience leading security assessments and vulnerability management
• Advanced knowledge of information security regulations such as NIST, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
