Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Washington State Licensed Labor Attorney will manage employment litigation and provide legal advice to employers on various workplace matters in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle single-plaintiff and class-action employment litigation, advising employers on employment law and workplace issues
  • Draft and review employment agreements, settlements, policies, and employee handbooks while providing direct client counseling
  • Participate in business development and support practice-group growth, managing multiple matters independently
Required qualifications
  • 6-12 years of labor and employment law experience
  • Broad experience in employment litigation, counseling, and compliance
  • Active Washington State Bar license required; Oregon Bar admission is a plus
  • Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
  • Demonstrated interest in business development
