Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Washington State Licensed Labor Attorney will manage employment litigation and provide legal advice to employers on various workplace matters in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle single-plaintiff and class-action employment litigation, advising employers on employment law and workplace issues
- Draft and review employment agreements, settlements, policies, and employee handbooks while providing direct client counseling
- Participate in business development and support practice-group growth, managing multiple matters independently
Required qualifications
- 6-12 years of labor and employment law experience
- Broad experience in employment litigation, counseling, and compliance
- Active Washington State Bar license required; Oregon Bar admission is a plus
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Demonstrated interest in business development
