Job Summary

Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN Call Center Advice Line Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services for patients while working from home in Washington or Idaho.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with the health care team to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care or case management is preferred
• Participation in continued education programs related to nursing practice
