Job Summary
Providing nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services for a defined group of patients while adhering to established nursing standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
