Washington State Licensed RN

Job Summary

Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to modify care plans based on patient status and needs

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing or primary nursing preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
