Job Summary
The full-time salaried RN Call Center Advice Line Nurse, required to reside in Washington or Idaho, will provide nursing care and coordinate health services for patients remotely, utilizing the nursing process to assess needs and develop care plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with the health care team to ensure effective communication and comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
