Job Summary
Providing nursing care in a remote setting, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver health education while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and coordinate nursing interventions with patients and families
- Educate patients on health promotion and preventive care while ensuring adherence to safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
