Washington State Licensed RN

Job Summary

Providing nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate health services for patients while working from home in Washington or Idaho.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop written care plans for a defined group of patients
• Provide telephone consultations and educate patients and families on health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
