Job Summary
Providing remote nursing care as a full-time Washington State Licensed RN, the Call Center Advice Line Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services while working from home in Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing or case management preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
