Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care in a remote setting, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will manage patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services for a defined group of patients, while adhering to established nursing standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health goals and care interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

Required qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in nursing is not required
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
