Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate health services for a defined patient group while adhering to established nursing standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' nursing care needs and develop written care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and nursing interventions, adjusting care plans based on patient responses
- Educate patients and families on health care goals, self-care responsibilities, and available nursing services
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing or case management preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
