Job Summary

Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time salaried RN Call Center Advice Line Nurse will work remotely from Washington or Idaho, coordinating health care services and collaborating with the health care team to implement individualized care plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop written plans of care for patients
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans based on patient status and needs

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
