Job Summary

Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time salaried RN Call Center Advice Line Nurse will work remotely, coordinating health care services and collaborating with the health care team while adhering to established nursing standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
