Job Summary
Providing nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services for patients, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and effective communication with the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and facilitate hospital admissions and discharges
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
