Job Summary
Providing nursing care in a remote capacity, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services for a defined group of patients while adhering to established nursing standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Provide telephone consultations and communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care plans
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License in Washington or a Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
