Washington State Licensed RN Nurse

Job Summary

Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN Nurse will work remotely to coordinate health care services, conduct patient assessments, and develop individualized care plans while adhering to established nursing standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop written care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and nursing interventions, modifying care plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on health care goals, compliance, and self-care responsibilities

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
• Participation in continued education programs related to nursing practice
