Washington State Licensed RN Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington State Licensed RN Nurse will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate health services for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop written care plans for a defined group of patients
• Provide telephone consultations and nursing interventions while evaluating patient responses to care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and comprehensive patient care

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
