Job Summary
Seeking a Washington State Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and developing compelling case themes in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes that counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in Washington State
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
