Washington State Licensed Senior Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with Consultants and Account Directors, the full-time salaried Washington State Licensed Senior Marketing Analyst will research, analyze, and develop recommendations for group benefit programs, manage the competitive bidding process, and negotiate plan design features on behalf of clients in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze the health and welfare insurance marketplace to identify competitive plan options for clients
• Develop and manage group benefit program RFPs and marketing strategies in collaboration with team members
• Negotiate competitive rates and plan design alternatives while advising clients on strategic options

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of marketing experience with a Group Insurance Carrier or Benefits Brokerage Firm
• Underwriting experience
• Current Washington State Life and Disability Agent's license
