Job Summary

Leading transaction management strategy and execution for large client portfolios, the full-time Washington State Licensed Transaction Director will manage complex transactions, optimize market strategies, and collaborate with corporate real estate teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market optimization planning and strategic transaction initiatives aligned with client business goals
• Manage complex transactions and negotiations, guiding internal and external resources for successful execution
• Partner with client teams to identify real estate needs and develop transaction strategies that support client objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, or a related field
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Experience with high-level, complex transaction management and contract compliance
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate timely completion of tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
