Washington State Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Data Solutions team, the full-time salaried Washington State Project Manager I will manage defined projects, coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and facilitate client communications in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage well-defined projects or project workstreams using established processes and tools
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and supporting documentation
• Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate internal and client project meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 1-2 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, public health, government, technology, or the private sector
• Master's degree (MA/MS) preferred
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
