Washington State SUDP Group Facilitator
Job Summary
To deliver remote substance use disorder (SUD) group treatment, the part-time Washington State SUDP Group Facilitator will lead recovery-oriented sessions for adolescents and adults, focusing on evidence-based care while fostering a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate SUD groups every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 PM Pacific Time, ensuring full participation and engagement
- Collaborate with the care team, participating in monthly check-ins and treatment supervision to enhance group effectiveness
- Maintain professional communication and documentation in compliance with agency standards and HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications
- Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) certification
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment, with knowledge of both abstinence and harm-reduction models
- Experience working with youth and adults in a group treatment setting
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, and MI
- Technical proficiency for conducting effective telehealth sessions and maintaining a HIPAA-compliant workspace
