Job Summary
To support a long-term project, the remote WCAG Compliance Business Analyst will manage requirements documentation, develop user stories, and assess the accessibility of digital content while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and document requirements in workbooks or spreadsheets, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assess the accessibility of digital content and document business process improvements to enhance understanding and functionality
- Facilitate meetings with business owners and subject matter experts to identify impacted processes and document project requirements
Required qualifications
- Four years of hands-on experience in an agile environment related to quality assurance, usability, and inclusive design
- 3-5 years of experience assessing WCAG 2.1, Level AA compliance according to legal requirements
- Working knowledge of websites, CMS/web technologies, and digital accessibility standards
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Project management experience with knowledge of relevant methodologies and tools
