Job Summary

Seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Wealth Management Technology Executive, the full-time remote leader will define and execute the technology strategy for insurance distribution and agent enablement, overseeing the development of a modern, AI-enabled platform that enhances the agent experience from onboarding to policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategies supporting insurance distribution and sales productivity
• Own platforms for agent onboarding, contracting, and ongoing eligibility, ensuring a connected digital experience
• Drive modernization of distribution and sales platforms through cloud technologies and API-based architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive technology experience in wealth management, insurance, or financial services
• Proven success in leading large-scale platform transformations and integrating advisor-centric technologies
• Strong expertise in cloud-based platforms, API-driven integration, and complex technology ecosystems
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
