Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Web Analyst will support the launch and ongoing optimization of digital experiences for mortgage servicing, focusing on performance monitoring, usability analysis, and delivering actionable insights to improve borrower satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business owners to define KPIs and success metrics for digital features and campaigns
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards while monitoring the health of digital channels
- Analyze customer journeys and conduct A/B testing to provide recommendations for improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or technology field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in digital or customer experience analytics
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise web analytics platform
- Experience building reports and dashboards in a business intelligence tool
- Working knowledge of funnel analysis, segmentation, attribution, and A/B testing
