Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Web Analyst will support the launch, optimization, and performance monitoring of digital experiences in mortgage servicing, analyzing borrower interactions and delivering actionable insights to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business owners to define KPIs and success metrics for digital features and campaigns
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards while monitoring digital channel health and customer journeys
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, providing recommendations based on results to improve user experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or technology field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in digital or customer experience analytics
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise web analytics platform
- Experience building reports and dashboards in a business intelligence tool
- Working knowledge of funnel analysis, segmentation, attribution, and A/B testing
