Web Database Programmer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Web & Database Programmer for their IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced software development support for web servers and web systems
- Analyze requirements, design, develop, implement, maintain, and upgrade web-based software systems and web pages
- Create complex database driven web-based applications using programming languages and database technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science/Management Information Systems or 5+ years' experience in software development
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on or managing web servers
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in web systems development
- Minimum of 2 years' experience writing HTML code
- Extensive experience with web programming languages such as Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, and/or PHP, and database programming using PostgreSQL or other relational databases
