Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Director/Design Lead (IT Database Programmer).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT-AMS projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Oversee design, implementation, and enhancement of IT-AMS, including maintenance and support of applications
- Manage project schedules, performance metrics, and resources to ensure timely delivery of services and products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in project management, particularly with IT systems and program monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration
- Strong technical skills in database programming and data management
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance standards relevant to Head Start programs
