Job Summary
Designing, building, and deploying solutions that support mission-critical work, the full-time remote Web Developer will maintain websites and applications, translate user needs into technical specifications, and ensure code validity and security.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, update, and maintain websites and web applications using various programming languages and content-management systems
- Translate user and business needs into technical requirements and develop databases and web application integrations
- Write, review, and test code for accessibility, security, and compatibility, while implementing performance improvements and web security measures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Three (3) or more years of directly related technical experience
- Experience documenting technical requirements, configurations, tests, changes, and results
- Relevant role-appropriate technical certifications preferred
- Experience in government, regulated, or security-conscious environments preferred
