Web Developer, eCRM
Job Summary
To support Digital Marketing and other departments, the full-time remote Web Developer, eCRM will provide front-end web development solutions for fundraising and advocacy engagement, utilizing AI-assisted tools while ensuring compliance with security and accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with various teams to discuss project requirements and maintains custom web forms and templates, ensuring user experience and compliance with regulations
- Utilizes AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and documentation, while monitoring performance and adhering to security standards
- Follows quality assurance procedures to troubleshoot technical issues and creates documentation for web development and support
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer programming, web development, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in front-end web development and custom website creation
- Demonstrated experience with Engaging Networks or other eCRMs
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and familiar with AI coding assistants
- Knowledge of best practices for responsive web design, UX, and GDPR compliance
