Job Summary
Designing and deploying user-focused web solutions, the full-time remote Web and Digital Interface Designer will conduct user research, develop visual concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to define requirements and improve interface design
- Develop visual concepts, prototypes, and responsive interfaces that align with project goals and user needs
- Collaborate with web developers and stakeholders to prioritize needs and resolve user experience issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant interface or web-design work may be required
- Three (3) or more years of directly related technical experience
- Experience documenting technical requirements, configurations, tests, changes, and results
- Experience in government, regulated, or security-conscious environments preferred
