Web Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and hands-on, the Web Operations Consultant will manage day-to-day website execution in Contentful, building and publishing pages, updating content, and ensuring accuracy in a remote, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and publish website content and pages in Contentful, including copy and creative assets
• QA all changes before and after publishing to ensure accuracy and proper formatting
• Manage a consistent volume of requests, prioritizing urgent updates and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing or publishing website content in a fast-paced environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Contentful, capable of working independently
• Excellent attention to detail and QA discipline, especially with regulated content
• Experience managing high volumes of detailed content updates through a ticket-based system
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
