Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations and creative quality of digital properties, the mid-senior level Web Producer will manage web content operations, oversee website launches, and ensure high standards of quality and brand alignment in a remote, temp-to-perm position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regular website transitions and updates, ensuring polished web properties for financial advisors
• Oversee incoming web requests from intake to go-live, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines
• Perform rigorous quality assurance to ensure web changes meet visual, functional, and accessibility standards

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in web production, digital content operations, or web project management
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO best practices, and web QA
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment
• High comfort level working fully remote with distributed teams
