Web Producer
Job Summary
Driving engagement on Smartsheet's online web properties, the full-time Web Producer will execute content strategies, manage optimization efforts, and oversee web page publishing through the CMS system, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Execute content strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to create and publish web pages
- Coordinate and manage optimization efforts for the Digital Experience Optimization program from concept to launch
- Own the publishing of web pages through the CMS system (Drupal) and build insightful analytics reports
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of web production and CMS publishing experience, preferably with Drupal
- Basic knowledge of SEO and experience with Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript experience is a plus
- Experience with website A/B testing and content management
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
