Web Product Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored eCommerce solutions, the full-time Web Product Specialist will manage project scopes, technical direction, and platform configurations for a proprietary BWS commerce platform in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to document and validate BWS business requirements across various stakeholders
• Author project scope, user stories, and process maps that reflect BWS-specific needs and compliance
• Manage project timelines and deliver launches on time while ensuring rigorous quality assurance and user acceptance testing

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, product operations, or project management, preferably in the beer, wine, and spirits industry
• Proven client-facing experience with a strong understanding of BWS environments and compliance
• General knowledge of eCommerce integrations, including APIs and data transfer patterns
• Experience with BWS data and systems, such as distributor ERPs and inventory management
