Web Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing digital marketing initiative, the full-time remote Web Strategist will provide integrated program and project management for website delivery, advising brand teams on web capabilities and leading cross-functional web initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on CMS, design systems, and web marketing best practices, translating business goals into strategic recommendations
• Lead quarterly intake and prioritization of web initiatives, aligning investment to enterprise strategy and translating needs into actionable delivery plans
• Manage cross-functional web initiatives from development through launch, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 6 years of digital/web project management experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 14 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 16 years of experience
• 6+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital and website lifecycle projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Google Analytics
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly pharmaceuticals, with understanding of compliance requirements
• Proven ability to negotiate priorities and manage expectations across diverse, cross-functional teams and external partners
