Job Summary
To support mission-critical web applications, the remote Web UI/UX Developer will design and build intuitive user interfaces, conduct user research, and develop front-end components using modern frameworks while working within an Agile team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify workflows and pain points
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, iterating with stakeholders
- Build responsive front-end components with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, plus 2-5 years of related experience
- Hands-on front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern framework
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Working knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards
- Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required
