Job Summary
Setting the strategy for core Web3 products, the full-time remote Web3 Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from architecture to launch, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Set strategy for Gate's core Web3 products and manage them end to end, including product architecture and core module definition
- Identify key on-chain and off-chain scenarios to create competitive product proposals from a business and user perspective
- Lead cross-team delivery by coordinating internal and external resources from design through launch and validation
Required qualifications
- Proven experience owning Web3 products throughout their full lifecycle
- Deep understanding of on-chain assets, trading behavior, and protocol mechanics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive key projects independently across teams
- Strategic thinker who can identify market opportunities and quickly adapt to new technologies and business models
- Bonus: Experience with DEX, wallet, or DeFi products; experience at a leading exchange or Web3 protocol
