Job Summary
Building and managing two programs from the ground up, the full-time Webinar and Podcast Manager will source topics and speakers, oversee production logistics, and create downstream content while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run the webinar program, including scheduling, topic sourcing, and tech management
- Define and produce the podcast, managing guest outreach, recording, editing, and distribution
- Collaborate with the content team to repurpose materials and report on program performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in running webinars, virtual events, or podcasts in a B2B context, preferably in cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones
- Proficiency with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong project management skills across multiple deadlines and tasks
- Comfortable on camera and during live production scenarios
