Webinar Facilitator Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting content creation and technical facilitation, the full-time Webinar Facilitator Analyst will manage client communications, assist with webinar promotion, and provide help desk operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client communications and oversee incoming/outgoing emails
- Collaborate with the webinar team to promote webinars and provide technical support during events
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website enhancements and analyze reports to monitor user activity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with expertise in writing and a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Experience in editing and creating 508-compliant products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms like Zoom and SharePoint
- Understanding of webinar technology and editing software or a willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
