Leading the AI-powered chatbot experience, go-to-market campaign program, and team operations, the full-time Website Marketing Manager will manage strategy, execution, and performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality and performance of the AI chatbot, including ongoing testing and improvements
- Develop and optimize go-to-market campaigns for major feature launches and marketing moments
- Manage team operations, including project planning and coordination with Engineering and Design partners
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and CMS platforms like Builder.io or similar
- Strong understanding of web analytics and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate marketing goals into detailed technical web requirements
- Experience with project management tools such as Notion or comparable platforms
