Job Summary
To support a fast-growing tech client in the real estate industry, the remote Website Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding their WordPress websites, handling inquiries, updating site content, and escalating technical issues as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client questions about WordPress websites via phone, email, text, and chat
- Review and clarify client update requests, making frontend changes and optimizations as necessary
- Document and escalate requests requiring additional technical assistance to colleagues or developers
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and routine frontend website updates
- Understanding of mobile-responsive website design and layout principles
- Familiarity with APIs and how they facilitate data exchange between systems
- Experience communicating effectively with clients, including non-technical individuals
