Providing exceptional support to users, the full-time Weekend Customer Service Specialist will ensure an enjoyable experience on the BaT platform by responding to inquiries, monitoring communications, and resolving customer issues remotely from Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers by responding to inquiries and creating processes to streamline communication
