Wellbeing Program Manager (RN)

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Wellbeing Program Manager (RN) to manage the Nursing and Allied Health Wellbeing Program, focusing on the design, implementation, and evaluation of health and wellness initiatives, with the opportunity to work one day per week remotely after a successful probation period.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project management and operational support for wellbeing initiatives aimed at nursing and allied health staff
• Coordinate programming activities, including training and events, while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness, compiling data and participant summaries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred in related fields
• Current RN license required, with certifications in wellbeing or project management preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or health/wellness program development
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis software preferred
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or in a healthcare setting is preferred
