Job Summary
Providing ongoing, personalized support to patients throughout their health and wellness journey, the part-time hourly Wellness Coach will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, offer non-clinical guidance, and help patients maintain progress remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled wellness coaching sessions, averaging six sessions per day
- Support patients from onboarding through goal achievement and long-term maintenance
- Provide personalized recommendations related to nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness
Required qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build trust with patients
- Ability to provide individualized wellness guidance within a non-clinical scope
- Experience in wellness coaching, health coaching, or similar patient-facing roles
- Proficiency with digital documentation platforms and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patient sessions
