Wellness Coaching Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations and team performance, the full-time remote Wellness Coaching Supervisor will manage Wellness Coaches, maintain a limited patient coaching caseload, and contribute to the growth of the Wellness Coaching program through new initiatives and improved processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Wellness Coaches through performance management, onboarding, and professional development
• Manage daily workflows, scheduling, and patient follow-up to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct patient coaching sessions and collaborate with clinical teams to resolve patient concerns

Required qualifications

• Experience in team leadership, coaching, or people management
• Strong organizational skills and experience monitoring performance metrics
• Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with patient-facing work
• Proficiency with digital scheduling and documentation tools
• Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
