West Virginia Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time remote West Virginia Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants while managing minimal research tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and obtaining informed consent
• Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communications to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
