West Virginia Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health initiative, the full-time salaried West Virginia Licensed Clinical Supervisor will deliver direct care and supervision to associate licensed therapists while collaborating with school staff and families in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to K-12 students and school staff in partner districts
• Supervise associate licensed clinicians and deliver cultural competency training to staff
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families

Required qualifications

• Active West Virginia LICSW license to deliver mental health care
• Completion of West Virginia's Board-approved clinical supervisor training program with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing mental health services to children and youth via telehealth
• Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet and availability to provide care during and after school hours
