Job Summary
To support a growing initiative in rural schools, the part-time West Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to K-12 students and school staff, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to students and staff in partner school districts
- Engage in case discussions with team members to enhance care delivery
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Active West Virginia mental health care license (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD)
- Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy
- Proficiency in delivering care via telehealth
- Strong technological skills and access to reliable high-speed internet
