Job Summary
To support K-12 students in a remote setting, a part-time West Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to enhance students' developmental and educational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and school staff
- Monitor and document students' progress towards goals, adjusting intervention plans as needed
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist in West Virginia
- Registered with the National Board Certification Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
- Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting
